With our patron in mind, we have decided to provide a place to relax and unwind – LaCoco’s Sports Club, featuring an expanded menu, a downtown atmosphere, friendly environment, large screen televisions featuring the daily sporting events and seating for over 100 people. LaCoco’s began as a small 900-square-foot structure at the corner of 47th and Homan that only served Burgers, Hot Dogs, Italian Beefs, Italian Sausage, breaded Steak, fresh cut fries, and Tom Tom Tamales Originally called “LaCoco’s Beef Stand”
In 1992, LaCoco’s developed their fantastic Pizza Recipe which they still use to this day.
LaCoco’s added homemade Italian Icee to the menu
We needed more space, so we began construction on a new building behind the original beef stand.
MaddAnthonys opened Home of the $9.99 family-sized pizza
LaCoco’s Pizza and Pasta were growing again, and the Coco Club, a new south-side speakeasy, was built.
